Everything is More Fun with Friends

Psychology studies have proven that people who participate in a wellness community lose 3x more weight than those who do it alone. The first Saturday of every month Enlightened Fitness hosts a community group for its clients which is another included benefit in your training.

At every meeting, we will share our wellness updates. Every participant sets monthly intentions in the areas of nutrition, fitness, and wellness. During our updates, we each take turns sharing our reflections on last month’s intentions and set intentions for the next month.

After our updates, we take part in a wellness activity. There is a wide variety of activities, from bringing in experts to teach skills, crafting, or journaling exercises.

This is not an advisory group, this is a place for you to share your progress, set intentions for the next month, and build supportive relationships with like-minded women.
